Spectracoat 2lb Constant Fluidizing Bucket Hopper

2 LB Bucket Hopper For Constant Fluidization of Powder. Fully Assembled With Fluidizing Membrane and Pickup Tube. Comes standard with SpectraCoat pump mount already installed. Membrane is glued in place for additional security. Grounded powder hose available for purchase separately.

The purpose of fluidization is twofold. First, it allows powder coatings to easily be transported from the hopper to the gun with a high degree of uniformity and consistency. Second, fluidization serves to precondition the powder, breaking up agglomerations, removing absorbed moisture, and improving the handling and flow of the material.
