Rust Remover (1 Gallon) ~ Soak or Wipe On ~ Concentrate Dilutes To 4-20% By Volume With Water.

The Severity Of Rust Scale Will Determine The Actual Time, Temperature, and Concentration Required For Each Job. Safe On Steel, Aluminum, And Zinc. Use Prior To Phosphatizing Or Blasting. Copper and Brass May Darken, Test On Each Metal Before Production.

APPLICATION CONDITIONS:

  • Spray/Soak ~ Concentration: 4-20% by volume.

  • Temperature: 90-200F.

  • Time: 2-45 Minutes

  • Nozzle pressure: 15 psi.

    • Not Damaged By Freezing, 10 year Shelf Life.

TYPICAL PROCESS

  1. Soak 8-30 Minutes

  2. Ambient-180F Temperature With 5-20% Concentration,

  3. Agitation With Pump Or Mixes Will Keep Fresh Solution On The Part, Shortening Cleaning Time Significantly.

  5. Air Dry, Force Air Dry, or Oven Dry.
