SpectraCoat ES02 powder coating system. American-manufactured and custom built to order for unrivaled industrial performance, featuring the state of the art VectorWave board, designed, and manufactured by Powder System Solutions. It boasts a full 0-100 KV adjustable gun output with the simplicity of use and outstanding performance expected from an authentic PSS powder coating system. This model now comes standard with the patented VectorWave board to help combat Faraday Cage Effect. An industry first, the VectorWave board produces a perfect transfer of powder coating paint to problematic Faraday Cage areas including tight corners and concave surfaces. With the revolutionary VectorWave board enabled, the gun output voltage will automatically cycle through a user defined and selected KV range creating a barrage of unlike charged powder particles thereby eliminating like-charged powder particle repulsion. On VectorWave board equipped units, this feature doubles as a multiple coat setting for top coating purposes.

 

The freshly redesigned ES-02 controller has two air regulators with built in gauges. The main air regulator is standard Feed Air. The second air regulator can be used for rinse air at the electrode tip or dosage air if the upgrade to a constant fluidizing hopper is desired.
